What’s inside every treat?

• Strawberries – full of vitamins and natural sweetness

• Chokeberries (Aronia) – rich in vitamins C, B2, B3, B9 (folic acid), and E, as well as bioflavonoids that enhance the absorption and function of vitamin C and E. Also contain calcium, iron, copper, molybdenum, manganese, iodine, and boron

• Raspberries – packed with vitamins (C, E, B1, B2, B6) and minerals like potassium, magnesium, calcium, and iron

• Currants (black and red) – loaded with vitamin C (a powerful antioxidant), vitamin A, potassium, flavonoids, and soluble fiber

• Blueberries & Wild Bilberries – support eye and digestive health and have anti-cancer properties

• Apples – rich in vitamins C, A, E, and K, support metabolism, and contain pectins that help detox the body
