CONTEST RULES – “MEET MY STABLE GRINCH”

(hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”)

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the “Meet My Stable Grinch” contest (hereinafter: the “Contest”) is Końska Cukierenka – Joanna Woźnicka, operating in Poland under the brand Końska Cukierenka (hereinafter: the “Organizer”).
2. The Contest is conducted on the Instagram profile @konskacukierenka.
3. The Contest runs from the moment the contest post is published until December 14th, 2024 (Sunday), 11:59 PM.
4. The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms Inc. or any of its affiliates. The Organizer is solely responsible for running the Contest.

§2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

1. The Contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who have an active Instagram account.
2. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge.
3. To enter the Contest, participants must complete all the steps described in the contest post, including:
   a. Liking the @konskacukierenka profile,
   b. Writing a comment describing which horse in their stable is the “Grinch” and why,
   c. Tagging two friends in the comment.
4. Participants may submit an unlimited number of comments, increasing their chances of winning.
5. Comments must not contain offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content, nor violate any third-party rights.

§3. PRIZES

1. Two winners will be selected in the Contest.
2. Each winner will receive a festive GRINCH treats set.
3. Prizes are non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.
4. Winners will be announced in a comment or Instagram story on the @konskacukierenka profile on the Monday following the end of the Contest.
5. Winners must contact the Organizer via private message to provide their shipping details.

§4. SELECTION OF WINNERS

1. Winners will be chosen by the Organizer based on creativity, humor, or originality of their contest comment.
2. The Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

§5. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

1. The Organizer is the administrator of participants’ personal data.
2. Personal data (name, surname, contact details, shipping address) will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and sending prizes.
3. Data will not be shared with third parties except for courier or postal service providers.
4. Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data.
5. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to receive a prize.
