🎄 Advent Calendar Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

§1. Organizer

1. The organizer of the “Advent Calendar Giveaway” (hereinafter referred to as the Giveaway) is the business entity operating under the name Końska Cukierenka, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
2. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms (Instagram or Facebook).

§2. Duration

1. The Giveaway runs from October 27, 2025, until November 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM (CET).
2. The winners will be announced on November 3, 2025, on the Organizer’s profile.

§3. Participation Rules

1. The Giveaway is open to any adult natural person residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland or another EU country who has an active Instagram or Facebook account.
2. Participation in the Giveaway is free and voluntary.
3. To participate, the user must:
   • Like the Organizer’s profile.
   • Share the Giveaway post on their public story or profile.
   • Tag at least two friends in the comments.
   • Comment under the Giveaway post, answering the question:
     “Why does your horse deserve this special Advent calendar?”
     and indicate their choice: sweet or natural.
4. Participants may add as many comments as they wish to increase their chances of winning.

§4. Winner Selection

1. The Giveaway is not a game of chance within the meaning of the Polish Gambling Act of November 19, 2009.
2. The winners will be selected by a contest committee appointed by the Organizer, based on creativity and originality of the submitted answers.
3. The committee’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.
4. The results will be announced on November 3, 2025, in a comment under the Giveaway post or in an Instagram/Facebook story on the Organizer’s profile.

§5. Prizes

1. There are four prizes in total:
   • 2 “Sweet” Advent calendars 🍬
   • 2 “Natural” Advent calendars 🌿
2. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other equivalent.
3. The winners will be contacted via private message to provide their delivery details.
4. Prizes will be shipped within 7 business days after the winners’ announcement.

§6. Personal Data Protection

1. Participants’ personal data (name, address, social media username, delivery information) will be processed by the Organizer solely for the purpose of conducting the Giveaway and sending prizes.
2. The Organizer is the data controller in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. Each participant has the right to access, rectify, or delete their data at any time.

§7. Final Provisions

1. Participation in the Giveaway implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or shorten the duration of the Giveaway in justified cases.
3. Any matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
4. The Terms and Conditions are available on the Organizer’s social media profile throughout the duration of the Giveaway.
